By accessing or using roamsmith.co and any associated services (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Services

Roamsmith provides family transition coaching, educational resources, and related digital tools. Our coaching is guidance based on personal experience and professional training. It is not financial, legal, medical, or immigration advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

Accounts

Client portal accounts are created by Roamsmith on your behalf when you begin a coaching engagement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase. Session credits are non-transferable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on roamsmith.co, including text, graphics, logos, assessments, quizzes, and blog posts, is owned by Roamsmith unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Content

Any content you submit through the client portal (messages, files, notes) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant Roamsmith a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing coaching services to you.

Limitation of Liability

Roamsmith provides coaching and resources in good faith, but makes no guarantees about specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamsmith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may end a coaching engagement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
